Boston While Black is hiring a Director of Operations to build systems, processes, and the team as we scale. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the next stages of this two-year-old startup - managing operational efficiency, shaping the culture, and ensuring the company’s financial health. This role is a key force multiplier for the Founder and CEO, serving as a part of her team and overseeing the day-to-day so she can focus on growth, strategy, and fundraising. The ideal person for this role will have experience running an operational function in a high-growth start-up environment or have experience in an operational role within a business, owning daily operational KPIs and P&L management.https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/3218561267/?refId=ykW%2F0sW1fo8%2B4v2qfHgqAQ%3D%3D&trackingId=35RqSaGX0FmJM18W3RWvuA%3D%3D
